Meet Our Doctor and Staff

Matthew R. Galliano, DPM

Matthew R. Galliano, D.P.M., has been practicing podiatric medicine and surgery with Kansas Foot Care Associates, P.A. since 2001.  Dr. Galliano is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.  Dr. Galliano received his two-year surgical residency training at Loretto Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Galliano attended the University of Georgia, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Honors Biology and Physics prior to receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Galliano’s practice focuses on treating a variety of foot and ankle conditions with interest in restorative and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Galliano served as President of the Kansas Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Galliano has two adult daughters and enjoys participating in various community associations and events as well as spending quality time with his wife.

Siobhan L. Gray, APRN/NP-C

Siobhan L. Gray, APRN/NP-C, has been practicing with Kansas Foot Care Associates since 2014.  Siobhan received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emporia State University in 2009 prior to receiving her Masters of Science in Nursing from Washburn University.  She is national certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  Siobhan enjoys spending time at the dog park with her dog, as well as learning new hobbies, such as archery.

Maureen Yost, APRN/FNP-C

Maureen Yost APRN/FNP-BC has been a part-time employee at Kansas Foot Care Associates since 2017. She received her nursing degree at Emporia State University, followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing from Washburn University. She is passionate about preventative care and helping people achieve their health goals. When she is not working, Mo enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and playing with their two energetic daughters.

Haley Arbogast

Haley answers phones, does scheduling, payments and works with Tri-Care at Kansas Foot Care. She has a bachelor’s in business from Washburn University. Haley loves dogs and has two of them. She also enjoys to cook.

Karrie Saunders
Reception/Billing Specialist

Karrie schedules appointments, answers billing questions and does coding at Kansas Foot Care. She received her coding degree in 2013. Karrie is an avid reader.

Codie Lee M.O.M.
Medical Office Manager

Codie has been Dr. Galliano’s main medical assistant for the past ten and a half years and has recently moved into office management. She still assists the doctor, answers the phones, orders supplies, assists with patient payments and does fill-ins. Codie is recently married with two wonderful boys. She enjoys reading and drinking hot chocolate.

Michelle Williams M.A.
Medical Assistant

Michelle assists the doctor, works with patients and does paperwork for surgery scheduling at Kansas Foot Care. Michelle has been working here for eight years and is multi-functional in most areas. She is married with two kids. Michelle enjoys watching her kids play sports and spending time with her family.

Jessica Williams R.N.
Clinical RN

Jessica works with the doctor and the patients at Kansas Foot Care as an RN. She graduated high school in Tescott, KS, attended Cloud County, and graduated Washburn University as a registered nurse. Jessica is married and enjoys watching football, listening to rock music and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Eliane Washburn
Administrative Assistant

Eliane works on billing, Insurance, scanning, Invoices, payments, filing and organizing at Kansas Foot Care. She has received her Bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is married and has one son. Eliane lives on a farm and has many animals and enjoys traveling the world.

Michele Mileti
Business Manager

Michele does office management, half of the surgery scheduling and is the business manager at Kansas Foot Care. She has worked with billing to reception and every job in between. Michele has worked here for seventeen years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and baking macaroons.

Tama Haggard

Tama is a member of the Professional Association of Healthcare Coding Specialists and the American Academy of Professional Coders. She does daily notes, charge reviews, submission of claims to insurances, denials, appeals and EDI resolutions with insurance companies. Tama does insurance maintenance and gives updates to staff on proper needs from patient billing questions. She also does final calls to patients prior to collections and answers coding questions. Tama has worked with Kansas Foot Care for over ten years.
